Basic Properties
Molykote BG-20 is a polyester-based synthetic grease with NLGI 2-3 consistency, density 1.01 g/ml, base oil viscosity 55 mm²/s@40°C. Engineered for high-speed, heavily loaded bearings in -45°C to 180°C environments (short-term 200°C).
Product Description
BG-20 utilizes lithium complex thickening, supporting 750,000 DN value and 2,400 N weld load. 1.2% oil bleed rate and >295°C dropping point ensure long-term stability, certified DIN 51 802 corrosion protection level 1-2.
